Working knowledge of commercial/industrial and institutional procedures and safety. Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Systems, BURG, SHINGLE, TILE and others along with associated details (Metal,Flashings,etc.).

All employees must pass new hire drug testing and background checks.

Candidate should have the following skills and or competencies:

Good communication, leadership, problem solving and organizations skills

Enjoys being around people and interacting with customers

Knowledgeable in OSHA requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to problem solve in the field and access client issues.

Basic arithmetic and written communication skills.

Ability to organize and pre-plan upcoming jobs.

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving history for the past 3 years. (Five years for DUI convictions)

Description:
Repair/Service technician are responsible for timely completion of service orders and contracts as assigned to them on a daily basis. Service tickets must be completed using the highest quality standards. Service Technicians are also responsible for supervising their assigned helper, reporting all findings back to the service manager and completing daily time sheets as well as material requisition sheets.
