Service Works was established from a team of people with over 80 years experience in the commercial roofing marketplace. Our highly qualified staff has experience with CAD design, computer takeoff and estimating, project management, critical time scheduling, safety compliance, and complete administrative oversight from initial contract review to closeout documents. With the experience gained from the successful completion of over $100 million dollars worth of projects, Service Works knows what it takes to be competitive in today’s demanding market.

Born and raised in Michigan. Graduated from Sam Houston State University in Texas majoring in Business Administration. Certified training thru Firestone, Johns Manville, Carlisle and others. Born and raised in Tampa. Attended USF, majoring in Business Management and Finance. Second generation roofing contractor with over 12 years experience in the commercial roofing marketplace. State certified Roofing Contractor. Trained and certified applicator for Firestone, Johns Manville, Carlisle, Neogard, and all other major manufacturers. Experienced with all phases of roofing including operations, design/build, assessments, preventative maintenance, scheduling, estimating, and project management. Originally from Chicago, IL. Randy joined the Roofers Apprenticeship Program in 1976 where he worked with one of the largest roofing contractors in Illinois. Randy has been a Supervisor / Project Manager for 24 Years and has held other various management positions. Dave Willis is a native of Florida with over twenty (20) years of experience in the industry. He holds a State Certified Roofing Contractors License (CCC507344) and has completed numerous courses with RIEI (Roofing Industry Educational Institute), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and FRSA (Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association). Dave has also been active in the TBBCC (Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce) and served as a Director for the Chamber.Dave has experience in all facets of roofing with his forte being “Customer Service”.
